PLENARY MEETINGS
CSSA plenaries are meetings of the board of directors and committees. Plenary meetings are open to the public in accordance with Gloria Romero Open Meetings Act of 2000. Meetings take place monthly (with the exception December and June) at a location decided by the governing board each July. The agenda for regularly scheduled meetings are posted no later than 3 days prior to the meeting date. Meeting modality and duration may change as needed. Virtual meetings typically require only one day of meetings on the Saturday of dates listed below. Please review the schedule for current information.
